These small friendly groups are a fantastic way to become fitter, stronger and more energised through doing workouts you’ll genuinely enjoy.

With a maximum of seven women per group; they’re very informal, supportive and friendly. To see inside a session click here

Please don’t worry if you’ve never used weights before. The vast majority of women on the programme hadn’t either before joining. It’s my job as your coach to guide you on how to exercise with them.

You’ll have two sessions per week on the programme. A group session in Worsley Woods and an online Live workout via my private online workout programme. Here you also have access to a bank of sessions to do at home or in the gym.

The majority of places on the programme are taken by women who have a monthly membership. After your first month in sessions you will be invited to take up a programme membership.
