My online workout programme is an accessible way for me to be your coach; regardless of where you live.

Designed to support you in becoming fitter, stronger and more energised using both bodyweight and weighted exercises; you ideally need a pair of dumbbells to get the most from the sessions.

Each week I do a Live workout on Tuesdays at 6.30am which is then saved so it can also be done on playback. With a growing bank of sessions (20+ at the end of 2023), you’ll never be short of a workout to do!

All sessions are a max of 30 minutes long, enabling them to be fitted into busy lives.
