Do you enjoy running but the thought of joining a running club makes you feel nervous? Don’t worry I get it!

That’s why I created the MTW Run Club to be an inclusive, non-competitive space for you to enjoy and develop your running alongside other like-minded women.

For women who run for 30 minutes upwards, there are women in Club who run 5k, 10k and half marathons. No matter your preferred run distance or your running pace; you’re welcome! To see inside a session and get a feel for them – click here.

The majority of places are taken by women who have a monthly membership. After your first month in Club you will be invited to join the membership.

Meeting Thursdays 7.30-8.15pm at Worsley Green, each month of Club includes:

  • Weekly coached run sessions led by me.
  • Weekly programmed runs for you to do outside of club.
  • The option to do my twice-yearly 5k-10k and half marathon programmes.
  • Membership of my private online workout programme.
  • Guidance on stretching, rest days and much more!
  • Online group support.
