Our 2024 programme starts on Thursday 25th July and will lead to the Manchester Half Marathon on 13th October 2024.

Led by Emma; you’ll have 12 weeks of run sessions, support, accountability and a programme designed for women with busy lives!

This isn’t just about running further! We like to do things differently in MTW so you’ll also get to experience new types of runs including mile repeats, sprints and hills. Please don’t worry you’ll need to be ‘fast’ at running.  The programme is designed for women of ALL running paces.
