My current programme is full but the next one starts on Monday 23rd September.

It’s a great way to have time and headspace for yourself, improve your fitness and connect with other women. This is an introductory programme so please don’t think you need to already be a runner or ‘fit enough’ to do it. This is not the case!

Meeting Mondays 7.30-8.15pm at Worsley Green, the 10-week programme includes:

  • 10 coached sessions with myself and Jo (an ex-beginner and MTW Run Leader).
  • 10 weeks of programmed run/walk sessions to do outside of group.
  • Membership of my private online workout programme.
  • Guidance on stretching, rest days, running kit and much more!
  • Online group and coaching support.
