A little bit about me! After having my son in 2014, I retrained to be a Personal Trainer and Run Coach as I wanted to support women to develop a love for exercise beyond doing it to lose weight.

My own journey to this point with exercise had taken MANY years; yet when I got there the benefits were immense! As a working mum, I get that it’s hard to fit in time for ourselves. I also understand that exercise has to work around our busy family and work lives and that whilst we know it’ll be good for us; it gets shoved down our never ending to-do list.

My role as your coach is to make our sessions together something you WANT to come to.  I do this through programming them so they’re inclusive and interesting, making them FUN (I promise they are!) and creating an environment where you feel comfortable and happy amongst like-minded women.
