Our next programme starts on the 24th October and will lead to the Tatton Park run on 14th December. 

Led by our Run Leader Samthis is for women who already run and have their sights on getting to 10k. 

This isn’t just about running further! We like to do things differently in MTW so you’ll also get to experience new types of runs including Fartlek, sprints and hills. These will develop your running and fitness. See inside a recent programme here.

Please don’t worry that you need to be ‘fast’ at running! The programme is designed for women of ALL running paces.
